Azamat Arapbaev on corrupt schemes in public procurement

"In the public procurement system of Kyrgyzstan, well-established corruption schemes have taken root. There is a competition among government bodies for positions in tender committees because committee members receive kickbacks. This problem needs to be addressed," stated Azamat Arapbaev, a member of the Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament).
