On March 26, 2024, a significant event took place at the Main Building of the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after Iskhak Razakov – "Career and Practice Day". This event was an important step in the professional development of our students and provided a unique opportunity for them to interact with representatives of leading enterprises and associations in the city of Bishkek.
The event was opened by the Rector of KSTU named after I. Razakov, Mirlan Koichubekovich Chynybaev, who welcomed all participants and guests with his inspiring words. His speech emphasized the importance of career growth and the acquisition of practical skills for students, setting a positive tone for the entire event.

A special highlight was the speech by the director of a cricket farm, Adyl Gaparov, who shared valuable knowledge and experience with our students in the field of agribusiness and agricultural innovations. His discussion on modern business methods and the use of new technologies in agriculture inspired many participants.
The event featured various sections and master classes where students could interact directly with potential employers, learn more about in-demand professions, and take their first steps in building their careers. Students actively participated in discussions, asked questions, and exchanged contacts with company representatives.
We express our deep gratitude to the organizers – KSTU and the BSUSZ of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the Kyrgyz Republic – for their diligence and dedication to the professional development of students.
