The Ministry informs that in accordance with paragraph 3 of the Resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic dated September 30, 2020 No. 504 "On Approval of the Methodology for Analyzing the Regulatory Impact of Regulatory Legal Acts on the Activities of Entrepreneurship Entities", on November 26, 2020 No. 123, an order was issued to implement this resolution.
This order approved the Standards for assessing the quality of the regulatory impact analysis and the assessment of the public consultations conducted.
In accordance with these Standards, the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic will carry out an examination of the analysis of the regulatory impact (hereinafter referred to as RIA) of draft regulatory legal acts regulating entrepreneurial activity for compliance with the RIA Methodology developed by state bodies.
The purpose of the Standards is the transparency of the procedure for the examination of RIA by the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The standard for assessing the quality of the conducted regulatory impact analysis regulates the procedure for assessing the compliance of the conducted regulatory impact analysis with the requirements of the Methodology for analyzing the regulatory impact of regulatory legal acts on the activities of business entities.
The standard for assessing public consultations regulates the procedure for assessing public consultations to the requirements of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic", the methodology for analyzing the regulatory impact of regulatory legal acts on the activities of business entities and the Methodology for conducting public (public) consultations (discussions)
