Abstract

Based on the results of the study of my graduate qualification work, confirm the relevance of the trend of transferring part of the work of a budgetary institution to a third-party specialized organization for outsourcing. The university is an educational institution and all efforts should be directed to the high quality of the provision of educational services, and not to control over the provision of infrastructure maintenance services. In this case, with the help of outsourcing, the quality of infrastructure maintenance services is improved.
