This training manual is focused on implementating new logistics directives in the global world to create value for the consumer and to achieve a competitive advantage, and make a significant contribution on the application of logistics in our country. The manuals, periodicals, practical experiences and teaching materials published by the USA, the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, Singapore, Russia and other universities were used to write this training manual. Over the past 15 years, I have had a good chance to communicate with many scientists and practitioners in the field of logistics from developed countries and have gained a lot of experience and knowledge from them.
